Project/Product Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project/Product Manager to join our outsourcing company and lead key projects (startups) for international clients. In this role, you will manage multiple development teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery within set timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Manage 1–2 development teams with up to 20 developers in total.
• Client Communication: Conduct daily stand-ups and weekly status updates with clients. Lead communication with English-speaking clients.
• Project Planning: Create and maintain Gantt charts for effective project planning. Monitor product development and suggest new features to stakeholders.
• Delivery and Reporting: Ensure project delivery within set timelines and budgets. Analyze project metrics and prepare detailed reports.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks and dependencies.

Required Qualifications

• English Proficiency: C1–C2 level (mandatory as the role involves working with native speakers).
• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Project or Product Manager. Proven experience managing software development projects.
• Education: Technical degree required.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with Agile methodologies. Hands-on understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Proactive approach to project management. Strong leadership and team management skills.
