As a Senior Project Manager at Grove Labs, you will take full ownership of project planning and execution for asset onboarding and capital allocation across the Grove Protocol. You will build and maintain a comprehensive pipeline tracking assets, strategies, and counterparties under evaluation. Your core responsibilities include translating strategic objectives into detailed project plans with clear milestones, owners, and success metrics; ensuring all cross-functional teams (Engineering, Risk, Legal/Compliance, Product, Strategy) and external partners are aligned; identifying and removing blockers to keep launches and allocations on schedule; and leveraging data dashboards, spreadsheets, and basic analytics to inform decisions and track progress.

Beyond these primary tasks, you will lead stakeholder communication, prepare project documentation and status reports for governance bodies such as DAOs, boards, and investment committees, and proactively manage risks and issue escalations. This role demands a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset, excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple deadlines without sacrificing attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex financial and technical concepts into actionable plans for diverse audiences.
