As a **Project Coordinator** at Firebird Tours, you will be responsible for organizing and leading our web-development team to achieve strategic business goals in the premium travel market. You will work closely with stakeholders from the US, Canada and Australia to ensure timely delivery of high-quality tour-booking solutions, including both premium tour packages and our online train booking system. Your daily activities will include:
* Assist in developing comprehensive project plans, timelines and schedules aligned with business targets and market trends.
* Facilitate and moderate regular meetings with the project team and key stakeholders, tracking progress and updating priorities.
* Coordinate tasks and resources, proactively managing dependencies and ensuring deadlines are met under changing conditions.
* Monitor and manage deliverables of project plans, including identification, assessment and mitigation of risks through effective risk management practices.
* Handle incident resolution and escalate issues where necessary to maintain project continuity.
* Ensure compliance with internal standards, processes and PMBOK best practices across the dedicated project and team.
* Create, update and present detailed status reports, dashboards and metrics to senior management and external partners.
