Product Owner (Head of B2B2C)

Role Description

As a Product Owner (Head of B2B2C) at Molecula, you will be responsible for defining and executing the full lifecycle of innovative DeFi products aimed at enterprise and consumer-facing markets. You will:
— Strategy & Roadmap: define the product vision, go-to-market strategy and detailed roadmap for scalable B2B2C solutions, prioritizing features based on partner requirements and market insights.
— Product Development: lead end-to-end delivery from writing user stories and managing the backlog to overseeing development cycles, QA validation and final releases.
— Stakeholder Collaboration: coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX designers and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on integration goals and seamless user experiences.
— Metrics & Compliance: establish and track KPIs (adoption, uptime, performance), conduct regular data analysis and ensure compliance with fintech regulations and security protocols.
Additionally, you will conduct competitor research, facilitate sprint planning, perform API onboarding checks, manage SLAs with enterprise partners and continuously iterate on product features using a data-driven approach.
