Product Engineer (React.js)

Description of the Role

As a Product Engineer (React.js) at our fast-growing AI HealthTech startup, you will play a pivotal part in defining and shaping the front-end architecture of a conversational AI platform designed to improve chronic care adherence and reduce clinician workload. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—product managers, UX designers, backend engineers, and data scientists—to translate complex user needs into intuitive, high-performance React applications. Your core responsibilities will include:
• Designing and implementing scalable front-end architecture, coding standards and best practices to ensure maintainable, high-quality code.
• Building and optimizing React.js applications used by patients, clinicians, and internal stakeholders, delivering responsive and accessible user interfaces.
• Developing secure, multi-tenant dashboards and administrative tools that enable clinics and DME providers to monitor patient engagement metrics and workflow efficiency.
• Managing features end-to-end: from ideation and prototyping to testing, CI/CD deployment, monitoring, and production launch.
• Collaborating in Agile ceremonies, performing code reviews, and mentoring junior developers to drive technical excellence.
