Product Analyst
Role Description
As a Product Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing subscription metrics and driving data-driven decisions for a fast-growing fragrance and home scent subscription service. This full-time, fully remote position operates within the CET zone (11:00–19:00), allowing flexible collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will design and analyze A/B tests, define success metrics, and evaluate the business impact of experiments across product features and marketing initiatives. Your work will directly influence user engagement and lifetime value (LTV), as well as inform strategic roadmaps for expansion into the UK and broader European markets.
Key responsibilities include:
* Designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B/n tests to evaluate product changes and marketing campaigns
* Defining clear success metrics, developing robust statistical frameworks, and communicating findings to stakeholders
* Supporting the migration and enhancement of internal experimentation platforms (GrowthBook), ensuring scalability and data integrity
* Conducting retention analytics and cohort analysis to understand long-term user behavior and reduce churn
* Forecasting and monitoring key subscription metrics, including monthly recurring revenue (MRR), LTV, conversion rate, and churn rate
* Performing ad hoc research and deep-dive analyses to answer critical business questions
* Presenting actionable insights to product and business teams through clear visualizations and executive summaries
* Collaborating closely with data engineers to maintain high-quality data pipelines, optimize workflows, and ensure data governance
