As a PPC Specialist (Middle+) at Firebird, you will join the Acquisition unit within our global Marketing Team, taking responsibility for planning, setting up, managing and optimizing pay-per-click advertising campaigns on major platforms. Your core objectives include achieving efficient customer acquisition through data-driven decisions, maintaining target CPA and ROI metrics, and scaling high-performing campaigns. You will work with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads and other self-serve systems, leveraging Google Editor, Bing Editor and similar tools to deploy large-scale ad updates, A/B tests and audience segments. You will also monitor key metrics such as CTR, Quality Score, conversion rate and lifetime value, and implement attribution strategies to identify the most profitable channels. Utilizing your marketing mindset, you will align PPC activities with the company’s broader growth objectives and support cross-channel integration encompassing email, social media and affiliate efforts. In addition, you will generate comprehensive reports via Google Analytics 4, MS Excel or Google Sheets, analyze attribution models, propose funnel improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.
