As a Packaging Designer at True Sea Moss, you will take ownership of the full packaging design process, creating tactile brand experiences that align with our wellness mission. You’ll work with multiple SKUs and formats to evolve product labels, inserts, and outer packaging systems. Your key responsibilities include:
* Designing and refining dielines, artwork, and mockups for sea moss supplements, tonics, and related wellness offerings.
* Developing clear, brand-consistent assets ready for production, ensuring compliance with labeling regulations and FTC guidelines.
* Collaborating with product, operations, and marketing teams to balance aesthetic appeal, material sustainability, and cost efficiency.
* Preparing print-ready files, liaising with suppliers, and troubleshooting production challenges related to substrates, finishes, and dieline accuracy.
* Maintaining and expanding visual packaging systems to guarantee consistency across product lines as the brand scales.
