Lead Product UI/UX Designer

Description of the Role

We’re hiring a Lead Product UI/UX Designer to own and improve the full user journey for a fast-growing, AI-driven gamified platform redefining adult entertainment for millions of users worldwide. In this hands-on leadership position you will work on-site in Limassol, Cyprus, with full relocation support. Reporting directly to the founders and collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams, you will shape UX/UI at a strategic level while executing core design tasks daily.

Your key responsibilities:
• Own product UX across web, from user onboarding and account setup to monetization and retention phases, ensuring seamless transitions and high conversion rates.
• Design and improve user flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes with a strong focus on clarity, persuasion and ease of use.
• Create pixel-perfect, high-quality visual designs in Figma and maintain a cohesive design system that scales with new features and market demands.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, engineers and data analysts to ship designs rapidly, gather feedback, iterate and optimize based on quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Translate complex business requirements and AI-driven gamification concepts into intuitive, elegant UI solutions that engage and retain adult audiences.
• Mentor junior designers, conduct design reviews and promote best practices in usability, accessibility and responsive design.
