Responsibilities: Lead and manage the development of 2D environment concepts, ensuring alignment with project objectives and artistic vision. Estimate and define production tasks for 2D environment creation, aligning with project milestones and timelines. Oversee, mentor, and provide guidance to the team in the completion of tasks, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to style. Contribute to and evolve the unique visual identity of the Farcana project, maintaining consistency throughout. Coordinate the smooth transfer of completed assets to the 3D team, ensuring quality and accuracy. Manage artifact storage processes, ensuring organization and accessibility of project materials. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including Level Design, 3D Environment, Lighting, and Narrative departments, to ensure seamless integration of environments into the game.
