Key Account Manager (Payments)
Description of the Role
We are seeking a proactive Key Account Manager (Payments) to become a strategic partner for our merchants in the FinTech, iGaming and PSP space. You will play a central role in optimizing payment flows, identifying new revenue streams and ensuring merchants scale seamlessly. Your day-to-day will go far beyond transactional communication: you will analyze performance data, craft customized upsell and cross-sell proposals, and build long-term, win-win relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute account plans to drive processing volume, upsells and renewals.
• Monitor key KPIs—transaction success rate, chargeback ratio, ARPU—and translate insights into actionable growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular business reviews with merchants, presenting data-driven recommendations to enhance payment efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Risk & Compliance, and Tech teams to troubleshoot issues and implement feature requests.
• Negotiate commercial terms, SLAs and pricing models to maximize LTV while maintaining merchant satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for high-value clients, ensuring rapid resolution and continuous improvement.
