Junior Key Account Manager

Description of the Role

As a Junior Key Account Manager at Utorg, you will be an integral member of our international FinTech and Crypto team, responsible for supporting high-value clients including cryptocurrency merchants and fintech partners. In this entry-to-mid-level position, you will manage daily client operations and communications, coordinate internal processes, and contribute to the optimization of commercial workflows. This role offers a clear growth path to become a full-cycle Account Manager, handling end-to-end account management processes and building strong, long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations for a dedicated portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring timely responses and accurate information.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and understanding of their business needs in the Crypto and Fintech sectors.
* Coordinate with Risk, Technical, and Legal teams to resolve client issues and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
* Assist in the preparation and delivery of commercial materials, presentations, and proposals customized for each client.
* Identify opportunities to streamline and improve account management processes, contributing to operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
* Monitor client performance metrics and provide regular reports and feedback to internal stakeholders.
