You will be the primary point of contact for internal technical support, responsible for setting up and configuring user accounts, devices, and software. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software malfunctions on Windows and MacOS workstations, managing Active Directory, Office 365, and Google Workspace environments, and ensuring applications remain secure and updated. You will collaborate with network engineers to troubleshoot connectivity issues, support telephony and IoT systems, and assist with access control and network infrastructure maintenance. Additionally, you will maintain accurate technical documentation and ensure all Jira support tickets are handled efficiently.
