Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Corporate Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our corporate team in the banking and financial services environment. In this position, you will manage a wide range of office administration tasks, maintain accurate records and filing systems, and ensure that daily processes run efficiently. You will collaborate closely with department heads, assist in the preparation of internal reports and presentations, and take ownership of data collation and analysis to support decision-making. This role is ideal for someone with a background in financial administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced corporate setting and has the analytical mindset to interpret complex information.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage general office administration, including the handling of incoming and outgoing emails, calls and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date databases, records and filing systems in line with corporate governance standards.
• Coordinate and manage diary appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for senior executives.
• Collate, organize and summarize financial and operational data for monthly and ad-hoc internal reporting.
• Conduct research on industry trends, regulatory changes and compliance requirements; prepare draft communications and briefing notes.
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations and official documentation for stakeholders.
• Liaise professionally with internal departments, external partners and regulatory bodies to ensure timely information flow.
