Influencer Marketing Manager

About the Role

As an Influencer Marketing Manager at True Sea Moss, you will lead the planning and execution of high-impact influencer campaigns across Instagram, TikTok and emerging social platforms. You’ll be responsible for identifying the right voices to represent our brand, negotiating collaboration terms, coordinating product shipments and ensuring seamless communication throughout each campaign. This role requires both strategic vision—anticipating market trends and audience preferences—and hands-on execution, managing campaign timelines, budgets and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Influencer Management: search for, evaluate and negotiate with Tier 1 influencers; build and maintain long-term partnerships; monitor collaboration requests and ensure swift responses.
• Campaign Strategy & Execution: develop creative concepts aligned with brand messaging; coordinate logistics, including timely product delivery; analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for engagement and ROI.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with content creators, social media and product teams to synchronize messaging, share insights and drive unified brand experiences.
• Market Research & Trendspotting: track industry developments, competitor activity and emerging social platforms; recommend innovative formats and partnership opportunities.
