As an HR Business Partner at Rakuten Viber, you will play a strategic role in shaping HR processes, delivering talent management solutions and ensuring alignment between people initiatives and business objectives. You will partner with leadership teams, drive employee relations, and implement best practices in a high-growth, super-app environment. Your key responsibilities include:
* Acting as a consultant to management on HR-related topics and providing expert guidance on organizational design,
* Driving end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding programs for various functions,
* Developing and executing talent development, succession planning and performance management strategies,
* Building strong employee relations, facilitating conflict resolution and ensuring compliance with labor regulations,
* Partnering with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to design HR policies, processes and programs,
* Leveraging HR analytics and reporting to measure and improve workforce effectiveness.
