Job Description

Head of Socials at WedVibes will take full ownership of social media growth across Instagram and TikTok for our global wedding media brands. You will manage three established Instagram accounts—including a 250k+ follower online magazine, a wedding planning agency profile, and an upcoming Oregon wedding venue—and build a new TikTok presence from scratch. Your mission is to transform visually stunning accounts into high-performance growth engines that drive engagement, followers, and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities:
• Develop and execute growth strategies for Instagram and TikTok targeting wedding enthusiasts, couples-to-be, and industry professionals.
• Analyze audience segments, competitive landscapes, and trending content to identify opportunities for viral reach.
• Own the content calendar: ideate, script, produce, and edit Reels and TikToks aligned with brand aesthetics and growth goals.
• Collaborate closely with designers and photographers to maintain visual integrity and storytelling consistency.
• Track performance metrics (views, engagement, follower growth) and iterate campaigns using a data-driven approach.
• Mentor junior social media contributors and coordinate cross-functional inputs from marketing, editorial, and events teams.
