Head of ML

Role Description

As Head of ML, you will lead the ML/DS department from 2 to 10–20 engineers, owning the strategic direction for machine learning initiatives at a leading enterprise integration and automation platform. Your responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of LLM-based metadata extraction and building a semantic data lake, driving business metrics prediction using GNNs and time series analysis, and coordinating multi-provider model integrations with Azure+OpenAI, Amazon+Anthropic, Gemini, Cerebras, and self-hosted solutions. Operating in a matrixed environment, you will collaborate closely with AI Engineering, infrastructure, and analytics teams, as well as global stakeholders across the US, Asia, and Europe, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and delivering scalable, production-grade ML systems.
