Job Overview

RoboMarkets is seeking a skilled Golang Developer to join our Limassol-based engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to high-performance fintech infrastructure responsible for processing cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals. You will design, develop, and maintain secure microservices that underpin our proprietary blockchain operations, ensuring reliability, scalability, and data integrity across multiple chains including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, and Binance Smart Chain.

Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain microservices in Go (Golang) for handling crypto transactions and wallet management.
* Implement and manage gRPC-based APIs for inter-service communication, ensuring high throughput and low latency.
* Deploy and scale services with Kubernetes, defining Helm charts, managing clusters, and optimizing resource allocation.
* Integrate message-driven architectures using RabbitMQ to guarantee reliable event processing and fault tolerance.
* Set up, configure, and operate blockchain nodes, monitor network health, and implement automated recovery procedures.
* Ensure secure generation, storage, and rotation of private keys, applying best practices in cryptography and vault management.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Security, QA) to design robust CI/CD pipelines and automate testing workflows.
* Participate in architecture design sessions, code reviews, and technical decision-making to promote maintainable and extensible solutions.

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of professional experience in backend development using Go (Golang).
* Proven track record of building and deploying containerized applications with Kubernetes.
* Strong understanding of RPC frameworks, specifically gRPC, and experience designing service contracts.
* Hands-on experience with message brokers, preferably RabbitMQ or Kafka, and event-driven system patterns.
* Familiarity with blockchain concepts, node operation, consensus mechanisms, and crypto wallet security.
* Solid knowledge of RESTful API design, along with proficiency in Linux environments and shell scripting.
* Experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
* Excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
