On the Full Stack QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) position, you will be a key contributor to ensuring the robustness and reliability of our trading software. Your primary responsibility will be designing, developing and executing comprehensive test strategies covering front-end interfaces, back-end services and database layers. In this role you will:
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to review requirements and define testable acceptance criteria.
• Design and execute manual test cases for user interfaces, API endpoints and data integrity scenarios.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress and Playwright, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Validate API behavior and performance using Postman or similar tools, and create checks for response codes, data correctness and error handling.
• Verify database integrity and data flows by writing queries and cross-checking results against expected outcomes.
• Report defects in Jira with clear reproduction steps, assign severity levels and track issue resolution through to closure.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives to continuously improve QA processes and shift-left testing practices.
