We seek a detail-oriented and organised Financial Manager to oversee our financial operations. This role involves managing local reporting requirements, ensuring GAAP compliance, and effectively collaborating with external service providers. As the company grows, this position offers a clear pathway to Finance Director or CFO, depending on your skills and ambitions.

Budget and Cash Flow Management: Assist in creating and managing budgets, ensuring effective monitoring of financial performance. Maintain and update cash flow forecasts to support operational and strategic planning. GAAP Compliance: Prepare or supervise the preparation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards. Collaborate with external consultants or contractors to ensure accurate GAAP reporting where required. Local Financial Reporting: Oversee local financial compliance and reporting requirements, coordinating with external accounting and tax providers in relevant jurisdictions. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements by local regulations. Process Management: Optimize financial processes and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy. Support the automation of routine financial tasks where feasible. Collaboration with External Providers: Act as the primary point of contact for external accountants, tax advisors, and auditors. Monitor and evaluate the performance of financial service providers to ensure compliance and quality.

Квалификации:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred). 3–5 years of experience in financial management, focusing on local reporting and GAAP compliance. Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations in one or more jurisdictions. Experience coordinating with external providers (accountants, auditors, tax advisors). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail. Proficiency in financial tools and systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, or ERP platforms). Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Experience in a remote or international work environment is a plus.
