Director of Total Rewards

Role Overview

As the Director of Total Rewards at inDrive, you will lead the design, implementation and evolution of global compensation and benefits programs for our profitable pre-IPO urban mobility platform. You will partner closely with HR leadership, finance and regional business heads to ensure our Total Rewards strategy attracts, retains and motivates top talent across Cyprus, the UK and EU. This role demands an advanced strategic mindset, deep market knowledge and the ability to manage complex projects end to end.

Key responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive Total Rewards framework covering base pay, incentive schemes, equity programs and employee benefits.
• Conduct regular market benchmarking and analytics to align compensation levels with industry best practices and inDrive’s business goals.
• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to translate compensation policies into practical solutions that drive performance and engagement.
• Oversee the administration of global benefits programs, vendor relationships and annual renewal processes.
• Design and deliver communication plans to ensure transparency and understanding of Total Rewards offerings.
• Lead, mentor and develop a small team of Total Rewards professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
