Digital Marketing & SMM Manager

Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing & SMM Manager with a proven track record in the iGaming industry to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition across multiple markets. You will own the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of all digital channels for our group of companies. Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing roadmap aligned with business objectives and KPIs
* Managing end-to-end social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and relevant iGaming forums
* Collaborating with content, design, and affiliate teams to produce engaging assets and promotional materials
* Setting budget allocations and overseeing performance marketing activities on PPC, display advertising, programmatic and retargeting platforms
* Monitoring key performance indicators—CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV—and delivering regular analytical reports with actionable insights
* Continuously testing new ad formats, messaging, creatives and channels to improve campaign effectiveness and lower acquisition costs
* Ensuring brand consistency and compliance with industry regulations in all digital communications
