Culture Implementation Project Manager
Role Overview
As a Culture Implementation Project Manager at inDrive, you will be responsible for translating our core values into tangible actions, behaviors and processes across the organization. This position sits at the intersection of Organizational Development and Project Management, ensuring that every function embeds new company values into daily decision-making and workflows. You will partner closely with C-level executives, department heads and cross-functional teams to drive measurable cultural change.
Key responsibilities include:
* Develop, manage and execute the full project plan for culture implementation, setting clear milestones and deliverables.
* Collect, analyze and consolidate leadership input on cultural priorities and expectations.
* Translate strategic objectives into structured workflows, playbooks and action plans for all business units.
* Identify gaps, propose tailored interventions and ensure consistent quality across workstreams.
* Lead cross-company communications in collaboration with Corporate Communications to promote alignment and engagement.
* Organize and facilitate steering committees, regular check-ins, risk assessments and blocker resolution.
* Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including dashboards, trackers and best-practice guides.
