We are looking for a Creative Designer to join our fast-growing Web3 team at Nika Finance. In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex crypto concepts into engaging visuals that resonate with a global audience. Your work will directly contribute to user acquisition, brand recognition, and the overall growth of our digital asset management app. You will collaborate closely with product managers, marketers and developers, ensuring that all design outputs align with our strategic goals and brand guidelines.

Your key responsibilities:
— Designing striking social media banners and ad creatives that attract and engage users across multiple channels
— Developing a distinctive mascot that embodies the spirit and values of Nika Finance
— Creating visual assets for email newsletters, presentations and promotional campaigns
— Occasionally working on landing page interface design, including layout, typography and iconography
— Collaborating with the team to establish and maintain a coherent visual identity and comprehensive brand book
— Researching and applying the latest Web3, DeFi and crypto design trends to keep our visuals cutting-edge
— Providing design support for in-app graphics, charts and interactive elements to enhance user experience
