Creative Designer

Description of role

As a Creative Designer at Nika Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual voice of an innovative FinTech solution in the cryptocurrency space. You will be tasked with translating complex Web3 ideas into compelling and accessible visual assets that resonate with our audience. Your designs will drive engagement across social media channels, reinforce brand identity, and elevate user trust in DeFi and digital asset management.

In this position, you will:
• Craft eye-catching social media banners and digital campaigns that stand out in a crowded crypto feed and communicate key messages with clarity and style.
• Develop and refine an original mascot concept, from initial sketches to final character art, ensuring it embodies Nika Finance’s brand values and becomes a memorable ambassador for our platform.
• Contribute to UI/UX design for landing pages and promotional microsites, balancing aesthetics with usability to maximize conversions and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product and development teams to maintain a unified visual identity across all touchpoints, from email templates to in-app notifications.
• Stay up to date on emerging Web3 and crypto design trends, integrating blockchain visual motifs, tokenomics infographics and motion graphics when appropriate.
