Corporate/Legal Administrator
Description of Role
You will serve as the primary point of contact for all corporate and legal administration matters across our Cyprus entities based in Limassol and Paphos. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the full spectrum of company secretarial duties: maintaining statutory registers, preparing board resolutions, arranging annual general meetings, and ensuring compliance with local corporate governance requirements. You will liaise closely with external service providers—law firms, audit and tax advisers, banking partners—to coordinate timely delivery of compliance filings, financial statements and tax returns. Your daily tasks include drafting and reviewing a range of commercial agreements, assisting with banking and payment setup, and preparing KYC documentation for new corporate and individual accounts. You will also support business development initiatives by conducting due diligence, market research, and preparing presentations for stakeholder meetings.
