Corporate Assistant
Description of role
As a Corporate Assistant in our Nicosia-based investment company, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless corporate governance, regulatory compliance and administrative support to the Board of Directors and senior management. You will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date corporate records, preparing board and shareholder meeting documents, and liaising with external service providers to guarantee full legal and procedural compliance within a rapidly evolving financial environment.
Your key responsibilities:
* Maintain and update corporate documentation, including articles of association, share registers, minutes of meetings and resolutions
* Coordinate visa and immigration processes for expatriate staff: prepare applications, collect supporting documents, track renewals and work permits
* Act as primary liaison with regulators (CySEC, Registrar of Companies) to file required statutory returns and ensure timely responses to inquiries
* Manage relationships with registrars, notaries, banks and professional service providers to facilitate company operations
* Complete KYC/AML compliance forms and other due-diligence documentation for clients, shareholders and beneficial owners
* Compile and deliver ad hoc reports and summaries for internal stakeholders, highlighting key compliance metrics and deadlines
* Provide direct administrative and organizational support to the Director, including diary management, travel arrangements and expense tracking
