Conversion Agent

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Conversion Agent who will become the frontline of our customer engagement and lead conversion strategy. As a Conversion Agent, you will work hands-on with Hot Database leads to nurture them through the sales funnel, detect key decision drivers, and close deals with prospects in Polish speaking markets. You will act as a bridge between marketing efforts and revenue generation, applying strong negotiation skills, persuasive communication, and customer support orientation to maximize conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively reach out to leads in our Hot Database (via phone, email, and messaging) to present product/service offerings and secure appointments or sales.
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing needs, potential budgets, and decision timelines.
* Conduct detailed needs analysis and present tailored solutions to prospects in fluent Polish.
* Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly conversion targets.
* Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM, reporting daily progress and lead status.
* Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to refine lead qualification criteria and optimize conversion workflows.
* Provide exceptional customer support before, during, and after the sale, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
