Conversion Agent

Description of the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Conversion Agent to join our international team at our headquarters in Limassol. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue generation, expanding our client base, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support lead qualification, negotiation, and closing deals. Key responsibilities:
* Prospecting new clients and managing outreach across multiple channels
* Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
* Qualifying leads and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
* Negotiating terms and closing deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets
* Collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions
* Providing ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction and retention
* Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

This position is ideal for you if you have strong negotiation skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and a customer-oriented approach. Previous sales or customer support experience is a plus but not mandatory – we welcome candidates without prior background and will train you on our methodology.
