Job Overview

As a Conversion Agent on our German/French/Romanian Desk based in Limassol, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth for our expanding FinTech trading platform. You will work exclusively with qualified, warm leads—no cold calling—guiding potential clients through every stage of the onboarding journey. This includes assessing client needs, presenting platform features, explaining FX/CFD trading opportunities, and assisting with account setup and funding. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve personalized outreach via phone and chat, active follow-up on pending applications, overcoming objections, and ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to active trader.
