Role Overview

As a Content Producer for a leading professional electronics manufacturer, you will own the end-to-end content creation process aimed at driving organic traffic and social engagement. Your primary mission is to develop and execute a data-driven blog content strategy that aligns with business goals and measurable performance metrics. You will establish a reliable production pipeline, collaborate with internal experts and external authors, and oversee the publishing and optimization of in-depth articles, white papers, guides, and social media posts.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and refine a content strategy based on Google Search performance metrics, content engagement, and citations by large language models.
* Build and maintain an efficient content production workflow, ensuring the consistent delivery and repurposing of high-quality materials each month.
* Produce, edit, proofread, and publish blog articles and social media assets, adhering to established tone of voice and publication standards.
* Create detailed briefs and editorial guidelines for writers, defining structure, depth, and stylistic expectations.
* Collaborate with an SEO agency to optimize content structure, metadata, and blog design for enhanced usability and search performance.
* Seek out and manage relationships with industry experts, technical writers, marketing and design teams to enrich content with authoritative insights.
* Analyze competitor content performance, identify growth opportunities, and update evergreen pieces to maintain long-term relevance.

Required Skills and Experience

* Proven track record as a hands-on Content Producer in a fast-growth, technology-focused environment.
* Demonstrated ownership of content strategy from ideation through execution and analysis.
* Strong editorial skills, attention to detail, and ability to enforce brand voice and publication standards.
* Proficiency with Google Search Console and familiarity with content SEO best practices.
* Solid project management skills within an Agile framework.
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with impeccable grammar and style.
