Construction Project Manager

Role Overview

Parimatch is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager based in Cyprus or ready to relocate. In this strategic position, you will oversee and lead a wide range of real estate projects, including office fit-outs, interior renovations, and bespoke engineering tasks, from initial feasibility studies through to final handover. As the main point of contact, you will manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery within financial targets and quality standards. You will coordinate all phases of construction activity, act as the general contractor by supervising subcontractors and suppliers, and monitor compliance with international safety and engineering regulations. Your day-to-day duties include handling tender documentation, procurement processes, and contract negotiations, as well as liaising with internal departments—such as design, finance, and facilities—to align project objectives with corporate goals. According to industry reports, Cyprus’s commercial construction market has grown by over 7% in the past year, creating significant opportunities for large-scale renovation and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver construction projects on time and within budget.
• Develop detailed work breakdown structures, resource plans and cash-flow forecasts.
• Manage tendering processes, select and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure all activities meet safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Track progress through regular site inspections and project reviews.
• Prepare and present status reports, risk assessments and change-order documentation.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, local authorities and design teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field (must-have).
• Proven experience in managing commercial construction and real estate projects.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on practice in office fit-outs, renovation or refurbishment.
• Excellent command of English and Greek; Ukrainian or Russian fluency is required.
• Strong negotiation and contract-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work autonomously.
