Community & Social Media Manager

Role Description

As a Community & Social Media Manager you will be the driving force behind both our online presence and in-club atmosphere at DZZRT eSports Gaming Club. Your primary mission is to build, grow and maintain a vibrant community of gamers and spectators, elevating the brand through authentic communication and strategic content. You will plan and execute social media campaigns, engage with audiences on platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and Discord, and ensure every tournament and club event attracts maximum attention.

Your key responsibilities:
* Connect with our global and local gaming audience across multiple platforms, ensuring active participation and loyalty;
* Develop and implement creative social media strategies and campaigns for tournaments, live streams and special events;
* Coordinate with freelance designers, videographers and streamers to produce dynamic visuals and video content that resonate with esports enthusiasts;
* Serve as the face of the club during peak hours, hosting community meet-ups, managing on-site interactions and preserving a high-energy vibe;
* Monitor community metrics, collect feedback and prepare regular reports to optimize engagement and improve campaign ROI.
