Community Manager (TG, IG, YT)

We are looking for a passionate and creative Community Manager to lead and grow our brand presence across Telegram, Instagram, YouTube and Bitcointalk. In this role you will:
* Develop and implement platform-specific community strategies that align with our Web3 project goals and target audiences;
* Create, schedule and publish unique, audience-driven content adapted to the formats and algorithms of each channel (TG, IG, YT, Bitcointalk);
* Organize and host online events, webinars, AMA sessions and discussions to foster engagement and loyalty;
* Moderate community chats, manage user feedback, and respond promptly to questions, comments and complaints;
* Monitor key performance indicators (growth, engagement, retention), produce regular reports and use data insights to refine strategies;
* Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, partners and internal teams (marketing, product, tech) to amplify brand reach and credibility.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in digital community management or SMM who thrives on dynamic challenges and understands the nuances of multiple platforms.
