As a Business Operations Manager (Russian-Speaking) at Flipster, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth by identifying, negotiating and onboarding high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) to our crypto perpetuals trading platform. You will develop tailored strategies to attract sophisticated investors, showcasing the platform’s low-latency execution, deep liquidity and competitive fee structure. Acting as the primary point of contact for HNWI clients, you will cultivate long-term relationships, ensuring exceptional personalized service, rapid issue resolution and ongoing value delivery.

Your key responsibilities include:
* Identify, engage and convert HNWIs in Russian-speaking markets, leveraging market insights and existing networks.
* Negotiate service agreements, onboarding terms and VIP fee schedules aligned with Flipster’s compliance framework.
* Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, working with CRM tools to track interactions and outcomes.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, product and compliance teams to refine value propositions and ensure regulatory adherence.
* Monitor crypto derivatives trends, competitor offerings and client satisfaction metrics to inform strategic decisions.
* Represent Flipster at industry conferences, webinars and media platforms, presenting in Russian and English to elevate brand recognition.
