As a Business Operations Manager at Flipster, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying, negotiating with, and onboarding high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) to our cutting-edge crypto perpetuals trading platform. You will develop and execute strategies to attract HNW clients, showcase Flipster’s unique value proposition, and build long-term relationships by providing personalized service, ongoing support, and expert guidance on perpetual derivatives trading. Acting as the primary point of contact for HNWIs, you will address concerns, resolve issues, and continuously seek ways to enhance their experience. You will engage key opinion leaders and influencers within the blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystem, cultivating a network of advocates to amplify Flipster’s brand. Your commercial insights will inform strategic decisions: you’ll monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and collaborate with marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure our offerings align with HNWI needs. Representation of Flipster at industry events, conferences, and in media appearances will further strengthen our position as a leader in Web3 trading.
