As a Business Development Director / Country Manager Oman at Sharmax, you will spearhead the entire market entry process and serve as the primary decision-maker for launching and scaling our retail network in the region. This role combines strategic planning, financial oversight and hands-on operations management to build enduro bike, ATV, buggy and watercraft showrooms from the ground up. You will own the P&L for Oman, define growth strategies, negotiate prime locations, select local partners and drive performance control to exceed revenue and margin targets. Your leadership as Country Manager Oman will be critical to ensure alignment across logistics, marketing, finance, IT and HR functions, while your deep understanding of regional market dynamics will shape our long-term footprint.
