Business Analyst

Role Description

In this role as a Business Analyst on the Integrations Team, you will bridge the gap between PayTech’s strategic business needs and the technical execution required for seamless payment solutions. You will work closely with product managers, support specialists, account executives, and external payment service providers to define and document precise integration requirements. Responsibilities include gathering detailed requirements, translating complex business scenarios into clear functional and technical specifications, executing gap analysis between partner APIs and our platform, and overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of integration initiatives. You will also assist the Integration Project Manager with planning priorities, support user acceptance testing, validate implemented integrations, and track critical risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
