Brand & Social Media Director

Description of the Role

As Brand & Social Media Director at Forever Estates, you will lead the end-to-end development and execution of our digital content strategy targeting high-net-worth real estate investors. Your primary responsibility will be to own both long-form and short-form content initiatives across platforms, ensuring each piece aligns with our brand values and drives measurable lead generation. You will research industry trends and benchmark top-performing real estate videos to propose new topics and hooks, then structure detailed outlines and collaborate with our internal researcher for data gathering. You’ll refine scripts from our writers, oversee thumbnail and title creation, and manage the post-production process by coordinating feedback with editors and designers. Post-launch, you will analyze performance metrics and translate insights into continuous improvements for viewership and lead conversion.

In addition to YouTube, you’ll direct our Instagram and YouTube Shorts strategy, partnering with external agencies when needed to maintain quality. As we expand into emerging social platforms, you will develop go-to-market plans to generate high-value leads, create growth roadmaps, and ensure seamless integration across channels. You will own a cross-functional team of scriptwriters, editors, and designers, setting clear KPIs around lead quantity and total investment budget, and be accountable for performance outcomes.
