Role Description

As the Brand & Social Media Director at Forever Estates, you will spearhead our organic lead-generation efforts by developing and executing a high-impact content strategy for YouTube and Instagram. This is a senior leadership role combining brand positioning and performance marketing: you ensure that every video, post, and story not only strengthens our luxury real estate image but also drives measurable leads and conversions. You will own the end-to-end production process—from market research, concept development and scripting to editing, publishing and in-depth performance analysis—ensuring a consistent, high-quality content funnel that brings in qualified prospects.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, mentor and coordinate a cross-functional creative team of scriptwriters, video editors and graphic designers to produce both long-form and short-form content;
* Collaborate directly with a world-class YouTube strategist to craft best-in-class video formats, thumbnails and channel optimizations;
* Define, monitor and report on critical KPIs (reach, watch time, engagement, leads, conversion rates) and iterate the strategy based on real-time analytics;
* Oversee content calendars, production timelines and workflows to guarantee timely delivery and maintain campaign consistency;
* Identify emerging platforms and trends to expand our brand’s digital footprint and test innovative content formats that resonate with high-net-worth audiences.
