AI/ML Engineer (Multi-Agent Framework Specialist)

Description of the Role

As a Senior AI/ML Engineer specializing in multi-agent frameworks at Diel Development, you will lead the design and development of distributed, intelligent systems that coordinate multiple autonomous agents to solve complex business problems in real time. In this capacity, you will: * Architect and implement scalable multi-agent coordination algorithms that drive decision-making under uncertainty; * Build and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines using Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch and scikit-learn; * Research, prototype and optimize reinforcement learning models, time series forecasting modules and advanced optimization algorithms; * Collaborate closely with data engineers to establish reliable data ingestion, feature extraction and model deployment processes; * Integrate NLP and conversational AI components to enable natural interactions between agents and end users; * Ensure high availability and fault tolerance in distributed computing environments with real-time processing requirements; * Adopt MLOps best practices to automate continuous integration, monitoring, versioning and scalable deployment of AI models in production. This strategic role demands a deep understanding of multi-agent systems, strong Python expertise and the ability to translate high-level business goals into robust technical solutions.
