Account Manager

Description of the role

As an Account Manager at Tuman Studio, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth communication and clear understanding of their business objectives. You will build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key accounts, acting as a strategic partner who supports clients in achieving their goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating timelines, budgets, and deliverables with our internal project and design teams, preparing and presenting commercial proposals, and identifying upsell opportunities. You will also represent the voice of the client in negotiations, organize and facilitate both online and offline meetings, and ensure that follow-up actions and next steps are clearly communicated. Monitoring client satisfaction and proactively resolving any emerging issues will be crucial to maintaining long-term partnerships.
