Product Owner (Liquidity Manager)

Role Description

As a Product Owner (Liquidity Manager) at Molecula, you will be at the forefront of AI-driven DeFi innovation. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our Liquidity Manager product, shaping strategies that optimize routing, market-making and risk mitigation across multiple chains. Your mission is to translate complex on-chain data and machine learning insights into actionable features that empower liquidity providers and traders. You will own the product roadmap, work closely with engineering and data science teams, and deliver real-time insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
— Develop and refine AI-driven liquidity strategies for DeFi, including dynamic swap routing, impermanent loss reduction and market-making algorithms.
— Prioritize and maintain a transparent product backlog, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility and strategic objectives.
— Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, security) to integrate ML models and predictive analytics into our protocol.
— Define and track KPIs such as liquidity volume, ROI, prediction accuracy and impermanent loss metrics, iterating solutions based on real-time blockchain data.
— Engage stakeholders through regular demos, roadshows and performance reports, ensuring alignment on goals and risk controls.
— Ensure protocol security and on-chain compliance, validating AI models against adversarial scenarios and audit findings.
