Social Media Manager

Description of the Role

As a Social Media Manager at Irev, you will take ownership of the planning, creation, and execution of our B2B social media strategy. You are responsible for developing and implementing social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across LinkedIn, Telegram, and Instagram. This includes creating high-quality content such as updates, announcements, vacancies, company news, posts, stories and reels, as well as full-cycle UGC materials. You will collaborate with internal teams to gather information and resources, work with external content creators, photographers and videographers at conferences and events, and manage the posting schedule to ensure timely and consistent delivery. Essential to the role is monitoring performance metrics such as ROI and ROAS, analyzing data to identify improvement areas, and presenting insights during bi-weekly marketing meetings. This position requires strong writing skills, basic video editing, creative thinking, and a passion for storytelling.
