Senior Golang Developer

Description of the role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Golang Developer to join our global FinTech team. In this role, you will translate business and system requirements into robust, production-grade services using the Go programming language. You will work closely with Product Managers and Architects to refine specifications and deliver high-performance data warehousing, big data, and cloud computing solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a DevOps culture, contributes to continuous integration and delivery pipelines, and embraces automation and configuration management.

Key responsibilities include:
• Implementing microservices architectures that scale to millions of transactions per day
• Writing idiomatic, concurrent Go code with attention to maintainability and test coverage
• Designing and optimizing services around data ingestion, processing, and caching (Redis, Memcached)
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Azure Pipelines or similar tools
• Automating infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation or Ansible
• Collaborating in cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, conduct root-cause analysis, and resolve production incidents
