Senior Advertising Manager (Team Lead potential)

Role Description

In this Senior Advertising Manager position at Centro, you will manage our global Ad Network to design and optimize CPM and Flat Deals campaigns that drive measurable ROI. As a strategic Advertising Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure each deal aligns with business objectives and delivers value to partners.

Your key responsibilities:
* Plan, launch and monitor high-impact advertising deals using CPM and Flat Deals models;
* Work closely with Account Management, creative and analytics teams to develop data-driven media strategies;
* Analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities and implement changes to exceed KPIs;
* Negotiate favorable terms with publishers and media partners to expand our network reach;
* Mentor junior advertisers and prepare for a future Team Lead role by sharing best practices and coaching on advanced AdTech tools.
