Project Manager (Investment Round & IPO)

Description of Role

As Project Manager for GoMining’s upcoming investment round and IPO, you will be at the heart of our strategic growth initiatives. You will manage end-to-end lifecycle of preparation projects, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams (finance, legal, marketing, product) and external partners (venture investors, investment banks, auditing firms). Your responsibilities include creating and administering secure data rooms, overseeing due diligence processes, structuring financial statements, and preparing high-impact investor presentations (pitch decks, financial models, roadshow materials). Meeting tight deadlines and mitigating risks will be key to your success in this role.
