Description of Role

As a Product Marketing Manager at MSP360, you will own the go-to-market strategy for our flagship cloud backup and monitoring solution. You’ll conduct deep market and customer research, analyze competitive offerings, and define compelling positioning and messaging that highlights MSP360’s unique value in data protection. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate closely with product development, sales, and customer success teams to ensure that every product launch, feature update, and campaign drives measurable business outcomes.

Your main responsibilities:
• Market Analysis: Lead quantitative and qualitative research to uncover customer pain points, market trends, and industry benchmarks in cloud backup and data management.
• Positioning & Messaging: Craft clear, differentiated value propositions and key messages tailored to target segments (SMBs, MSPs, enterprises).
• Go-to-Market Planning: Develop and execute launch plans—including webinars, demand generation campaigns, PR outreach, and sales promotions—to maximize adoption and revenue growth.
• Sales Enablement: Create sales collateral, battle cards, pitch decks, product demos, and training modules that equip the sales team to articulate benefits and close deals.
• Content Collaboration: Work alongside the content team to produce case studies, white papers, blog posts, videos, and webinar scripts that resonate with prospective buyers.
• Customer Advocacy: Build and maintain relationships with top customers to gather testimonials, success stories, and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Act as the communications hub between product managers, engineers, designers, and operations to align product launches with corporate goals.
• Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor campaign ROI, analyze data, and iterate on strategies for optimum impact.
