Performance Marketing Manager (Real Estate)
Role Description
You’ll be the key Performance Marketing Manager for the real estate vertical in a fast-growing international digital company. In this business-driven role, you will own the full lifecycle of acquisition campaigns: from developing data-backed growth hypotheses to executing and optimizing paid media across multiple platforms. You will partner with cross-functional teams—designers, analysts, CRM and SEO experts—to ensure full-funnel alignment and deliver measurable impact on customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (LTV). Your responsibilities will include budget management, creative briefing, campaign localization, performance reporting, and continuous experiment logging to fuel strategic decision-making.
